The HybSov project facilitates better understanding of the complexities increasingly generated under the current constitutional order, and the possible alternative modes of organization of foreign, security and approaches to substantial, procedural, and symbolic aspects of policy coordination - and complications arising from the way these policy domains overlap; how guiding rationales and legal statures differ; and how coordination mechanisms develop unevenly.
